Chris is consistent in his service. I've asked that he contact us before he comes to confirm the appt since the J & J system sets appointments automatically and often sets them with no notification and does not follow my request to not set up appointments on Wednesdays. This past quarter, I sent messages twice on the website to have someone call me to reschedule the appt and received a call from an agent who assured me someone would call but they never did. Chris was the one to reschedule. If it had not been for him, I would consider finding an alternative pest control service. All of the ratings below are specific to Chris. If I were rating J & J as a whole, I would rate my experience with the company sub par.
