The Inspectors arrived on time and were very cordial from the time they arrived till they departed. After introductions they asked me what led to me making the call to the office. After listening and inspecting they explained in detail what my best options would be, also educating me on why it would be the best and why I saw the "Swarmers". While finding termites is worrisome they left me with the strong impression that they could get this under control and put our lives as ease. James Smithey
