Duston Menard went beyond the expected. He was off duty when I first called, but he returned my call and gave expert advice in the removal of the pests. The fact that he followed up after the treatment to ask how things went and answered any questions we had was truly unexpected. The tech who applied the treatment was extremely courteous to my parents and kept them informed throughout the process. My parents are elderly and this was a traumatic event for them.
