We were incorrectly told that we had to tent by another company that we had to tent, which didn't make a lot of sense because there was minimal evidence of termite infestation. I happened to mention this to my brother, who had previously used Pacific Coast Termite to successfully treat a much more extensive infestation without tenting. A few months after the one treatment he sold is house and passed the escrow termite inspection. Soon after calling, the inspector, Blake came out, did an extremely thorough top to bottom inspection that included the interior baseboards, the attics, and the crawlspace underneath the house. He informed us that we did indeed have a minimal amount of termites that could easily be taken care of with a single treatment and there was no need for tenting. Within a week two technicians arrived and did the treatment in about 4 hours. The two technicians, Linda and Paulo, were also a pleasure to work with. I'm so glad we called Pacific Coast Termite, and would not hesitate to recommend them.
