Alex and his apprentice were very professional and explained the process and answered all questions I had. Both are knowledgeable and do not attempt to "sell" you something you neither asked for or wanted. I hired A&A in 2018 for another plumbing job and the company professionalism has not changed but perhaps only gotten better. A must hire for plumbing probems.

I was about to leave for a morning run, but rain had other plans. Instead, I found a city Utility worker at my door who said, “you have a leak. You’re losing 2 gallons, per minute.” I called A&A Plumbing and literally within an hour I had a journeyman plumber and apprentice at my door. After a short troubleshooting period, Kyle was able to tell me where my leak was at, and the approximate cost. I approved the expense and work was done in less than two hours. Remember, they did all the digging and repairs in the rain. Thank you Kyle for keeping my water running and your prompt attention to the problem.

David is a true gem. He is knowledgeable and explains the process from start to finish. He understands the customer's anxiety levels and shows pictures to support the explanation of work to be done. I contacted A & A Plumbing due to a toilet issue. Exceptional customer service provided in obtaining an appointment. Kyle H, service technician arrived and immediately began taking the necessary steps in alleviating the problem. He explained each step accomplished to ensure my wife and me were kept abreast of the work being performed. Issue was resolved in timely manner. We had a gas leak that we needed fixed asap as our furnace was fueled by it. We looked up companies and A&A had great reviews, so we gave them a shot. They came out earlier after an opening came up and Kyle and Michael showed up to our house. They assessed the situation and explained the process in detail and provided a couple of different quotes. They repaired the leak very quickly and provided detailed description of their work. They were very friendly and professional and took precautionary measures for CoVid. I had 3 issues to fix. Kyle and his partner, Michael, went right to work on the water softener to figure out why it was not working properly. After a few tests to find the problem Kyle let me know what it was. His partner, Michael, worked on the second problem while Kyle worked on the third problem. After gathering all the problem information, Kyle worked out 3 situations in which they could fix each problem. I was very pleased with choosing an option knowing what the price was to fix the problems and Kyle worked it out so they could do all the work on the same day.
