Had a bit of a miscommunication about apointment time this morning. But they still managed to get a installer to my house same day. I was the last call of the day, which was a add on to his already full schedule . David arrived and quickly assessed the situation. Even at the end of his already full day of work he was polite, patient, and courteous. Never once did we feel rushed, pressured, and never felt like he was in a hurry to get home. The quality of work is beyond what i had expected and the customer service he provided was exemplary. I wish i could post a picture of the quality of work David provided me n my family. I never write reviews but in this case I feel the level of service was so far beyond excelent, i had to write something.

What happened on Nov 22nd, that's right Main Line Blockage, what was coming up on the 24th.....Thanksgiving.....go figure. So I Goggle search 'Best Plumber's in Moreno Valley' and AAP pops up. I read some reviews and my wife gives them a call. She (didn't get her name) was very pleasant, dose she say next week...nope, maybe after Thanksgiving...nope, well it has to be tomorrow right...nope, she said I'll send someone out within the next 2 hours!! Now I won't hold it against her, but Josh W. showed up in 60 minuets. Josh was very professional, he explained our options for service and what they each covered. I asked some questions, which he answered to my satisfaction. My wife and I picked door #3. He went to work, showed me what he was doing, what he found, and when everything was cleared/cleaned out, we were back in business again. He cleaned up the area he hand been working in, good as new. Now I know this isn't brain surgery, but I can't do it. So if (when) we have another issue we know who to call, Josh W. at AAP, and you should too!! Paul & Cathy

Josh was the technician that came out to fix our plumbing problem. The first night he came about 9:00 and did a superb job in trying to unclog our pipes but was not able to get the clog. So the next day he had to change our main line to get to the clog, it was a hot day and he not once complained and got the job done. Very pleased.
