I recently decided to purchase and install a water softener and sink in my utility room. After some research I decided to go with Ackerman Plumbing. A plumber had came out before and presented a detailed, informative explanation of the options I had with Ackerman in the context of what I was looking for. The estimate, which I received very quickly, was “written in stone”. In other words, regardless of what happened during installation, foreseen or not, Ackerman would stand by this estimate cos. Also, I was billed nothing for that initial visit when deciding to go with Ackerman. The same plumber (along with another) did the install. Everything went great. Afterwards, he explained to me what they had done, how the equipment functioned, and a few tidbits of helpful knowledge in general. They, also, cleaned up the utility room before they left. Overall a great experience. Respectful, knowledgeable, experienced, and trustworthy. I should mention that the calls made to their office were handled in the same, great way. Very happy with this decision, and feel very comfortable with Ackerman moving forward that they will remain true to this standard and stand behind all the work they did for me. Thanks, you guys!
