Julia was very polite and friendly. The other lady that my husband spoke with was great as well. They were patient as he called back twice to see when the plumber would be here. Mike Antley was very friendly and efficient. He apologized for running late as previous job took longer than expected. Even though it was late when they got here, we were not charged for after hours. He and his helper quickly took care of the pipe and we had water again! All employees are very friendly and do NOT act like they hate their job or that the customer is a bother. This is rare these days. I will recommend your company to others!

Kitchen Sink Drain leaking in wall. replaced section of cast iron drain pipe with pvc.
Ran cable to unstop sink. Ran Camera in the drain to locate the reason for the stoppage.
Installed new emergency shutoff valve on the toilet.
Inspected leak on Dishwasher
Kitchen Sink clogging up. Ran snake and Camera in drain line and found cast iron pipe to be broken and leaking under slab. Accessed broken pipe and replaced with PVC. Pipe not leaking under slab anymore.
Drainage issues in home. Inspected Plumbing system and gave options to resolve the drainage issue.
Floor Drain in the kitchen clogged and will not drain. Unstopped the floor drain with small sewer machine and it is draining good.
Water heater leaking. No Hot water. Replaced electric water heater with Rheem electric water heater/
No hot water. Water heater not heating. Replaced water heater with Rheem Gas water heater.
Bathroom sinks clogged and will not drain. Unstopped bathroom lavatory sinks.
Inspected kitchen sink garbage disposal and found it working but making a loud whining noise when it is on. Found inside to be rusty asked customer if she wanted it replaced and she approved. We removed old disposal and installed new insinkerator. Filled sink up and drained then ran disposal and no leaks also disposal sounds like it should. No leaks.
Plumber Needed: Toilet won't flush. I inspected it and found that it was just the toilet that was backed up. Ran my closet auger down the toilet and was able to get it unstopped. Then tested it several times with toilet paper and everything is draining properly at this time.
One piece toilet leaking from the bottom and loose on the floor. Pulled and reset toilet with new seal, bolts and supply line.
Toilet leaking from flange. Reparied flange and reset toilet. Replaced the gasket for the tank. Replaced toilet bolts and wax ring.
