After digging water line up and exposing the line once I cut it the line did spring back so there is tension on water line that is being caused by the big oak tree and this will problem may come up again due to the roots pushing the water line up and causing the line to break again . Exposed lime and cut out bad section and installed new section with fittings and pipe letting glue to cure before turning water back on. Turned water back on and check and tested and no leaks and house has pressure and backfilled to grade. Did advice customers that being that oak tree will cause more damage to the water line because it’s pushing lines up and wrapping around the water line
