I told the call center what the plumber needed to bring, no problem we can run parts within the hour. It was a problem and they had to order. Plumber was fine and did a great job. Probably will not use them again. Blue OX is even worse. Run from Blue OX.

Called at 9am, plumber showed up at 2, and got my subpump issue resolved. I feel like he went above and beyond - installed power strip, and helped me get the hose on my subpump outside. Excellent customer service!

Luke was the best. He came out at 7pm gave the simple/inexpensive attempt to clean out the drain. When that did not work he made a professional assessment and drove another 2 hours to get a truck that could jet out the plug with high pressure water. Cost was higher than I would like, but what emergency evening plumbing job isn't expensive. Luke gave us an up front estimate of everything at each step so I could make the call and not be surprised. Luke's late night fix saved me from cancelling my vacation the next day. I would recommend Luke and Ben Franklin plumbing in a instant to anyone with a plumbing problem.

Great Service, Spent more than I thought

John was a great technician. He was at my house for 4 hours to ensure my new water heater was installed properly. He used the utmost care and took time to clean the area he was working in. My only compliant is I felt the all in price was a bit overpriced. I paid $2,380 for a new water heater, install, tax, haul-away etc. I feel like if I had the chance to shop around it would have been cheaper.
