The person they dispatched to my home was friendly, knowledgeable, and very easy-going. He was great about bringing in a tarp so he wouldn’t mess up our carpet. Brian was very professional and gave me options on how to resolve the problem which was a ver y bad situation and cost me a lot of money if not resolved immediately. I only put 3 stars on cost- Im not sure didn't have another estimate. $1200 for a water leak just seemed high to me. But I had no choice had to get it fixed.

I don’t know how the pricing was compared to others. It felt a little high, but they came on short notice were professional, and fast. I feel confident in the work he did and that it is going to last. He also set me up for an easier install of a RO filtration system when I am able to afford it.
