Scott focuses on getting to the problem, diagnosing the problem, and solving the problem. He doesn't waste anyone's time. It was a summer Sunday night and we had a blocked wastewater pipe to the street backing up into the downstairs shower. Called a plumber first who said you need a drain guy and recommended DrainPro. Scott is methodical and organized. Cost is what it is. Who comparison shops this stuff when the water is spilling onto the floor?
