He was fantastic and so we're Carlos Fernando and Miguel. Matt did a great job listening to my emergency needs as well as my wish list. He helped solve our emergency by finding the problem and quickly corrected what he could and referred us to Chicago Fire and rescue to finish the clean up and recovery. He was so good I brought up other things I wanted done and ordered everything he could do. His installers Carlos Miguel and Fernando were very polite, courteous and they all did fantastic work they were proud of and made sure we were happy with it. Though I ultimately didn't need any service done, Duane Blanton Family Home Services will most definitely be getting some business down the road when I do. It's rare in this day and age that someone comes into your house and doesn't attempt to take you for as much as possible. But that's exactly the scenario that occurred to my surprise! Robert Bailey was the most informative and honest plumber I've come across since purchasing my home. He answered every question in terms I could understand and had no issue relaying his own personal opinions on the matter; as well as others. That's nearly unheard of when calling upon a company to do a service you know absolutely nothing about. The camering of the sewer line was just as I had asked for, but our plumbing technician did not know exactly what our being on the Platinum plan entailed--tagging and inspecting. We concurrently had your furnace technician at the house, so he did the tagging. I think the furnace technician checked the hot water heater as well. In the plumbing technician's defense, he was at the end of a day that had begun at 5 AM because of heavy rainfall in your service area.
