Called Guy days before Christmas due to my hot water tank and pressure regulator going out. Discussed the problem over the phone first and within hours he was at my home. Unfortunately, he was unable to replace my tank that evening and came back early the next morning. What impressed me, Guy had a prior family commitment/obligation that he adjusted due to my family’s needs. I must add, his pricing is fair and he doesn’t try to rip you off like the previous plumber I called.
