This was my first experience using Haynes Plumbing. I chose them because of their great reviews and because they were local. Their service was exceptional from the phone call to schedule service through the completion of the job. They were able to get us in quickly and their communication in regards to arrival was great! I especially appreciate that they provide a picture of the tech that will be coming. Great safety feature! Being a property manager and not being on site having a technician that I can feel comfortable with and trust is key. TJ was professional and courteous. He earned my trust right away by providing pictures before and explaining what needed to be done as well as pictures after the completed work. I will be using Haynes for my rental properties and my own personal residence! Great job Haynes and you made a great hire with TJ!
