TJ and the other employee whom I believe was named Jason, did an amazing job. They showed up a day earlier than expected, gave us a quick estimate to replace our water heater and went right to work. Everything was explained thoroughly, the pricing was better than expected and they did a great job. Additionally they made sure to explain what to look for should we ever have any issues in the future and took the time to explain everything that was being installed and how to maintain it. They were fast professional and very friendly. I would highly recommend Haynes Plumbing to anyone we know.
