Can you imagine waking up to a flooded basement with all your carpet, furniture, pictures, and other stored items ruined. You call 5 plumbers and they tell you they don’t have any appointments for 3 days. Then I got Ashley on the phone, i explained my situation, she told me I will send someone out right away; then she asked, if I need assistance getting the water out of my basement? I told her yes and she gave me a number to call for assistance. Junior, was at my home in a matter of hours replaced my sump pump and the water removal company right behind.
