Brandon of Hedrick&Youg was extremely to phone, text and email and helped me remove and then re-install a complex water heater system during some refurbishment work at my home. Sam and his team were timely and took the extra time to remove and re-install the water heater properly with no damage and excellent work. Thanks Sam! We thought that our clothes washer was leaking - turns out that we had a waterfall IN OUR WALL! Not good. The guys came out, they got to work, they explained the cost to find the leak (half the battle) and we approved it before they continued, they moved furniture, climbed all around and found our pesky leak which was EXTREMELY well hidden. They then determined the problem, explained the solution, provided a quote for the solution - which included de-hydration service. The quote was less than I feared for service within 2 hours of calling and all the work that had to be done. It wasn't cheap, but, WE HAD A WATERFALL IN OUR WALL - LIKE IN IT!!! The employees were both extremely courteous, respectful and nice. They even cleaned up after themselves and had a mop to pick up their foot prints - I caught him using the mop on spots in the kitchen that were there before the nightmare began! (Plumbing and cleaning service!) Over all, if you're going to wake up to a terrible plumbing surprise, these are the guys you want to come out and fix it. I'm not going to lie, I'm picky and expect a lot - but every aspect of this experience exceeded expectations.
