Chase did an amazing job from the start. He took the time to explain our options and the install process before we even scheduled an appointment. He was available two days later, and did a great job. He was helpful in explaining the new water heater's features and tips to ensure proper functioning. He also fixed our main water shutoff that day that was in a very tough spot to access and did an amazing job. Long story short: great service, best price, honest work. When I called Chase to get a bid to remove two water heaters and replace with one heater he was able to give me a competitive bid over the phone. He showed up quickly, on time, and was very professional. During the replacement process Chase was able to answer all of my questions related to the installation and maintenance of the new water heater. Though the job required a few extra parts and steps, Chase still honored the original bid, and didn't upcharge for the parts. I would definitely recommend Chase to friends and family.

Install 50 gallon A.O. Smith water heater and replace a 18-year-old Whirlpool.
Install GCG 50 400 AO Smith water heater. New shutoffs installed and new copper supply lines.

Jobs like this will be much more difficult after next year when tanks must have an additional 2" of insulation making them much larger than older tanks.
