Koen call back was quick and responsive to schedule a repair. Salvador, the tech explained the options, made repairs quickly and provide useful guidance on recommended plumbing maintenance that I would need to do when we replace our floors later this year.

I contacted Koen plumbing for a number of issues that needed to be addressed including a shower re-tile,toilet repair and a sink issue. They arrived promptly, cleaned up after themselves and were very courteous. They finished on Thursday and on Saturday, I found a leak under my kitchen sink. They came out promptly on Monday morning at the promised time and had it fixed in minutes. I definitely would use them again.
