I emailed Koen on Sunday evening explaining my situation with a shower leak (which the plumbing company who did my sewer replacement does not do) and a scheduled tunnel backfill on Tuesday. I received an emailed response from Pam in no time, she called early Monday morning and the plumber, John, was at my door shortly after. The plumber did a test on the shower pan and went into the tunnel to look at the leak. He explained what was happening, why it was happening and what needed to be done to fix it. He answered All my questions and listened to my concerns with the most courteous and professional demeanor that left no doubt his customer matters. The attention given to my scheduling issue and the responsiveness in general can't be beat.
