Great Service, but Pricey

The two reps showed up and were done within 20 minutes. The original charge was $300 however which I found to be staggering for the amount of work involved (flat fee, not hourly). They did give me a $50 new customer discount which I appreciated. The work was done very well.

Words can not express the service I received from Keon Plumbing I had posted a review of being upset and they contacted me immediately and made it right. I had stated the bill was $400 more than they stated and they credited $400 back without hesitation. I would recommend them for their willingness to correct any misunderstandings. And Pam is wonderful in customer relations. Thank you so much

Frustrated and over charged

Prompt appointment scheduled but on inital visit they forgot to turn water back on even though when asked they said they did. Had to find someone else to access and turn water back on. Was mislead on charges and ended up being $400 more and during repair, they broke the water valve to my house and the city had to come and repair which delayed completion of job. Do not feel I would use them again and would be afraid to recommend to anyone

The contractors have been on the location just within an hr from the time I called and they quickly done their estimation to let me know what the problem is. Excellent service guys. Will certainly keep your contact for future issues.
