Great service

Blaine was very accommodating when we were missing the connector part to our grill and was able to fix the problem and get our grill working. He gave us excellent service! I would definitely request him if we need Majestic Plumbing services again.

Great service

We found out there is a leak at our water main valve. Before calling Majestic I called 3 other companies and all 3 told me they charge a service fee of $50 -$90 just to check the leak.Majestic is the 4th company I am calling for a quote so my first question to Majestic (Jessica) was how much is your service fee and when she told me there is no service fee then I asked her again just to be sure I heard it right. She explained to me they don't charge service fee and they;ll have to schedule their technician to check it out before giving me a quote. She told me the technician can come out on Thursday but will let me know if someone cancels out. I called Majestic on Monday. Tuesday I received a call that the technician will be available after 4pm so immediately I told Majestic yes I will be waiting for the technician (Blaine). I am so impressed with the fact that they don't charge service fee to come out and check the issue. In addition, the way they communicated with me and the follow up was great. They kept me informed. This is what you call great customer service. Kudos to Jessica and Blaine!!!

We have used Majestic Plumbing several times and we are never disappointed. We appreciate the timely and excellent customer service, the professionalism, and the expertise of the technicians. John F has been to our home a couple of times and we would gladly request him again.

Good work but poor communication with customer

The work Bob did was fine, and I believe the price was very fair. However I was very disappointed in the lack of communication from the office. Our scheduled time was between 1 & 4PM, so I made sure I did my errands in the morning. I was told the technician would call 30 minutes before arriving. At 3:30 I called the office to let them know I had not yet received a call. After checking, I was told he was running late and might not arrive until 5. Again I was told I would get a call. At 5:40, I finally received an automated call. I put dinner "on hold" and waited for the technician. At 6:30, we finally decided no one was coming, and sat down to dinner. Bob arrived at 6:50. I had been waiting for him since 1:00. No one called to let us know what was going on. I did not feel like a valued customer! Because a part was needed that was not on the truck, Bob had to come back Saturday AM to do the job. My issue is not with the work performed, but with the customer service.

We will be making a penetration through the outside wall coming along the inside of the crawlspace area coming up and going through the floor. As we penetrate through the floor will be coming up in the playroom with hard gas pipe and we will stub out a piece of hard pipe through the fireplace wall what’s the penetrations through the wall we will concrete the hole and seal.propane company is going to make tie ends on outside connection and inside home connection

Customer had a toilet that was leaking from the tank to bowl bolts. As well as continuously running. Due to the age of the toilets internals I advised the customer that the best course of action to fix the issue with this toilet would be a major rebuild.

Customers toilet was not flushing properly. Pulled the lid to find that the sewage ejection pump was sitting directly underneath the waste inlet cause paper and other soft debris to build up and cause that toilet to stop up. Cleared the line and rotated pump away from waste inlet to help avoid the issue in the future
