We’ve been with Matthew’s for about 5-years now. It’s clear to me the company must make it a priority of hiring friendly, as well as very competent, people. Felix has just been our designated plumber for the second time and he is a really engaging young man. He was more than tolerant of our nosy Labrador retrievers and he was in and out for a toilet rebuild in less than an hour. He was courteous and friendly the whole time. 5-Star visit!

My tankless water heater in my 5 year old home has had intermittent ignition problems since about the first year. The Plumbing Company that the contractor used did not install the system properly and has been a problem and expense. Sam from Matthews Plumbing Solutions spotted the error in seconds corrected the install problem in a few hours and I am confident we will not have problems in the future.
