Great work by Dashaun and co. I knew the water heater was on its last legs and appreciate their frank assessment that repair would be a waste of money. They wasted no time draining and replacing the unit and for a price less than what were quoted when we considered replacing it when we first bought the house. Also very thankful for the maintenance tips in keeping the new working for longer.

I came across Matthew’s Plumbing in 2023 after having worked with a handful of unpleasant contractors and plumbers who had poor customer service and follow through after the job was done. The experience of working with professionals from Matthew’s Plumbing has been refreshingly different. From the front desk staff to the field-men, Rhonda, Patrick, Norman and most recently Tyler have been phenomenal. They are very respectful, knowledgeable and humble, even though they are very skilled at their craft. I would not recommend another Plumbing company with such confidence as I would Matthew’s Plumbing, given the experience from interacting with the district employees has been consistently pleasant and professional. I am never left thinking I was cheated out of my money and left wondering what I actually paid for in the quality and customer service of a job. Most recently in having my bathroom faucet replaced, Tyler’s knowledge of how to remove a stain in the drain area of the porcelain vanity sink, saved me from spending an extra $250 to replace the vanity before install. If you are looking for professional plumbers and have a job, a million tones over I would recommend them with confidence and look forward to working with Matthew in completing another job.

We’ve been with Matthew’s for about 5-years now. It’s clear to me the company must make it a priority of hiring friendly, as well as very competent, people. Felix has just been our designated plumber for the second time and he is a really engaging young man. He was more than tolerant of our nosy Labrador retrievers and he was in and out for a toilet rebuild in less than an hour. He was courteous and friendly the whole time. 5-Star visit!
