Norman was very professional. He listened to my story about the situation and observed the water damage to the first floor ceiling. He quickly went to the shower and found the cause of the water leak. He told my wife and I what needed to be done and we agreed. Norman was able to avoid any additional drywall damage to fix the leak. He went and bought a replacement shower head pipe and installed it and tested to insure no leaks. Great job, I now have a new GoTo Plumbing company.
