Norman came out to descale my tankless water heater. While he was here, I asked him to quote fixing some noisy toilets and he did that work for me a few days later. On both occasions, he was prompt, focused and cleaned up thoroughly. I highly recommend!

Dashaun provided excellent customer service and did his very best with a difficult plumbing situation. He called his supervisor to discuss options when after several hours things were not going the way we had hoped. He was a good listener, informative and very kind. The plumbing situation continues as it is very unusual -But we have found an excellent plumbing company. I highly recommend Matthew’s Plumbing and Dashaun. ( He called before coming and told me exactly when he would arrive -and he did just as he said! He also listened and looked at all the areas involved . It was a very pleasant experience)

MPS Plumber in Raleigh installed new garbage disposal
Removed garbage disposal and repiped underneath the kitchen sink for customer.
Replaced customers tub spout that was causing a water leak.
Replaced homeowners sewer pump that had stopped functioning.
