Mike Diamond plumbing was quick to come out which was great. Half of my house didn’t have hot water working due to one of my gas water heaters not on (pilot light was out). They told me to call the water heater manufactor for new parts as they would be rather pricey to fix it (which was nice but what they should do). All of that being said, the pilot light was just out. It took me a YouTube video and literally under a minute to fix myself (note, I am not handy at all!). All is fixed! Not sure why the technician couldn’t have done that?

Came to clear two drains broke pipe in my upstairs bathroom now I can't use my sink Charged for removing the clog, still clogged Was removing the sludge from the broken pipe and putting it down the toilet !!! called twice to speak with a manager who has yet to call me back
