Cesar is very knowledgeable and explains issues well. However the original order said the flame sensor would be replaced and it wasn’t. It was cleaned. The service is very overpriced for the amount of time it took to fix and the cost of the parts. I hope the issue does not recur.

We called with a need for emergency service at my mom’s home. She is 96 and homebound and the option of having to move her was quite daunting. Mike diamond came and took care of everything quickly and didn’t have to move mom at all. They were very considerate of our needs for her here at home and made every concession available to make sure we did not have to move her. The entire team was friendly and courteous and the job was done in two days, some thing that is quite unheard of. And sharing our experience with many people, they were quite surprised that such work was done so quickly. Can’t thank you all enough. We are very pleased and will certainly utilize your services again and recommend you to anyone who is in need of plumbing services.
