Ricardo, Ace, was just the best. He came to our house when the old unit came o by itself. He disconnected everything so it was safe. Then he came back yesterday and today to get it all installed properly. He taught me how to use the controls on all three floors and keep it all as simple as possible going forward. Could not be happier with the four men and their professionalism.
