With an ETA window of 9am to 1pm, Cory showed up at 9:15am for what seemed to the untrained customer, a simple toilet installation service request, Cory thoroughly explained everything that needed to go into our particular toilet installation, and even convinced me that purchasing a new toilet would be more beneficial than installing the 15 year old toilet we already had. Cory assisted me with choosing a toilet online, I was able to purchase it, pick it up, and by the time I returned, he had already fixed the shower in the master bathroom, and he was ready to install the new toilet. The work that Cory did was done timely, efficiently, and the house was left in great condition - you wouldn't even know he had been there except for the shiny new toilet, shower faucet, and bathtub diverter spout he installed for us. His professionalism and communication, and great service earn him the Best Plumber Award in our household, and we've had experience with many plumbers. He also gave us recommendations for the future, and noted some other items that we inquired about in case we decide to fix those items later. Although I didn't give a full 5 stars for the cost/pricing since it was definitely more than we had originally anticipated (without knowing everything that was needed to CORRECTLY fix our plumbing issues, I will say that I do feel that Cory's expertise and service made us feel that we received a great value for how much we paid, and will be requesting for Cory specifically for our next plumbing needs.
