Service was great but I feel like I was charged too much. I’m not sure why I paid almost $4000 for a few hours of work to clear out some roots. I don’t understand the charges and how things were itemized. That part was confusing and could have been explained better. Other than that, I did like that the issue was taken care of the same day. $4000 feels way over-priced though.

Called ahead with estimated arrival time, professional service, got right to work and quickly solved the problem, and cleaned up nicely. When we requested additional service, Leo took a look at the clean out plug, gave a quote, and took care of its replacement. Nice to have peace of mind of a job well done.

We needed an emergency sink fix and they were here within two hours. It was a little more than the $99 drain fix but it's because our sink is in an island. They explained everything in depth and Elmer even drew a picture for me. They both were friendly, quick and were wearing masks. I'd definitely use them again and thankful it worked out the way it did - FIXED!
