I had a clogged kitchen drain and called 5 different plumbing companies. Not one of them would give me a quote over the phone (red flag in my mind) and they had a charge just for showing up. Mike Diamond gave me a quote over the phone, scheduled me for within 3 hrs, AND called me to give me an update on timing when Alan was on his way (huge). Alan showed up, was considerate and professional and got the job done in less than 15 mins.
