I was very pleased with Edgar once he arrived. I was less than pleased that 1) I was given a time frame for the arrival that was not met and 2) the dispatcher had little or no empathy that I had to remain available for the whole time frame and actually outside of it. She seemed to think that I should just accept it with no regard for my time. I would recommend she think about how she feels when people are unaccountable with her. 3) I felt the pricing was pretty high for replacing a short pipe and the bottom tub faucet.
