Mike Diamond plunking is the only one that actually answers the phone, which I so appreciate!!!! Got there the same day within a 4hr window, but came even earlier. The accessed the problem well, and got to work, and got the job done! Timothy was my guy, who was super professional, knowledgeable, and super nice! Didn’t take too long, and was very thorough. I would def use them again, it’s nice when a business picks up the phone and you don’t have to answer online and wait for a call back. I called quite a few people and no one answered but Mike Diamond! Very satisfied! And I’m picky!
