Technician was unprofessional, impatient, and rude. The technician behaved in a sarcastic manner. Did not want to provide an estimate when asked because we were not ready to start work on the same day. The three estimates he finally provided were all confusing because he did not listen to the details of the work. We will not be using your services. My recommendation is to coach Mr. Elmer on better customer service and listening skills.
