After waiting 1/2 the day for a technician they came, they snaked, they cleaned up and left. After cleaning up the kitchen and turning on the dishwasher the whole sink started backing up again. Well there went my cleaning job and dinner plans. Called the 1-800 number to report what was going on and was met with rudeness and another day to wait for service. The technicians at least were pleasant but the attitude I received for the call back was not appreciated. Sorry it’s a Friday afternoon at 3pm but I already had to wait until 1pm to be serviced and now another day without a kitchen sink.
