Brian and his apprentice Eric found our problem, solved it, showed up on time just like Mike Diamond promised. What Brian did that went above and beyond was make this personal! We have been through two fires, three mudslides and the fear of another huge unexpected expense...well let me just say that Brian showed me his character and put my fears to rest that he was honest, compassionate and understanding! Eric too is cut from the same cloth...did a great job and went above and beyond! Thank you for helping us Brian and Eric!
