I fully expected to have to remove our toilet to clear a stoppage that had returned after 24 hours. "Not necessary," I was told. Stoppage now appears to be in main line. Camera through the mainline to verify all was now clear. No removal necessary. No additional cost for 2nd visit. And the cleanest plumbers I've ever encountered.

I called Mike Diamond after an attempted upsell by a conman plumber (who wore no gloves working on a stopped toilet) who was more interested in selling basic toilets at high-end prices. Diamond's quote was upfront, the service was honest and THOROUGH, and yes - they are clean!
