I was in the middle of a renovating my small business and ran into some major unexpected issues. The contractor I had hired was unable/afraid to drill through 5-6 inches of old tile, concrete, wood flooring and etc to install new piping. Additionally, the products I ordered were missing some parts. IT was a mess and I was really in a jam. We wouldn’t have been able to open without plumbing, then causing a dozen people to be out of work. Mark came in and saved the day. He did a phenomenal job and everything was installed perfectly.
