We were exceptionally pleased with Point Loma Electric's prompt service, communication and follow through while repairing several electrical issues inside and outside of our home. We were particularly impressed with our technician, Dave Wold. His experience and knowledge was evident when diagnosing problems caused by previous workmanship that was substandard. Dave took time to explain the process in layman's terms and the extent of the repairs. Dave paid close attention to detail and aesthetics while making the repairs. Not only was his workmanship impeccable, but safety was also a top priority. Additionally, Dave was extremely personable and trustworthy. COVID protocol was followed at all times which was reassuring. We would highly recommend Point Loma Electric for any electrical needs.
