Robert opened a stubbornly blocked bathroom sink drain that defied several attempts to pass a snake through a T fitting... I was markedly impressed with Robert's persistence. After an initial inspection, Robert provide several options for opening the drain. He worked efficiently and went to great lengths to not to soil the work area. I would be happy to have Robert serve my future plumbing needs.
