We had a 75 gallon water heater that was almost ready for the grave and so we decided to be proactive and get it replaced. After getting 4 different bids, we decided to have a tankless hot water heater installed by Donnie and Robert with Pridemark Plumbing. While another bid was cheaper by a grand and another almost 4 grand over Pridemark, we were super impressed with the initial bid experience. Donnie was polite and informative and went over several options and made sure we understood each. Once we hit the go button, they had our install scheduled within a day. Work was done over two days with Donnie checking in with us before, during and after, and making sure everything was clean before they left. He showed us how to operate and troubleshoot, and then went over a final checklist. I would highly recommend these guys and will be using them in the future for my plumbing needs. Super impressed!
