Don responded quickly and was able to quickly (same day) to replace our hot water heater. He clearly explained the options that were available and why he recommended the parts and equipment that he did. Then he clearly explained how the system worked, and recommendations for maintenance in the future. I very much appreciate his and Robert's work.
