Replace lavatory faucet with customer supplied faucet. Upon arrival I touched base with customer to see what issues he was having. He had a lavatory faucet he needed installed. So with that I gave him some up front prices and solutions. The home owner decided to just go with the install of his new faucet. I started by removing on faucet. Clean sink area to install new faucet. I put in new faucet. Installed new supply lines. I cut water back on and tested drain and water supply for leaks. No leaks. Job is complete
Replace sprayer on kitchen sink faucet With customer approval I replaced sprayer and hose had a hard time get even new sprayer to stop leaking at connections checked pressure on home and it well water with 40/60 switch unsure the cause of old blowing apart highly recommend replacing faucet at this time to be 100% sure faucet will not begin to leak again
~~Removing the leaking 40 gallon medium electric water heater from inside the closet of the master bedroom ~~ installing a new water heater pan with piping the drain out and into the crawlspace ~~ removing the toilet in the master bathroom until the floor is replaced and then resetting After arriving back to the home today David and I installed the new 40 gallon medium water heater with the new pan as well as the new shut off on top of the heater we also remove the toilet from the master bathroom and the customer will call back when he wants me to come back and install that same toilet also fixed a leak on some polybutylene pipe at the bottom of the water heater where the line goes into the crawlspace as well at this time the water heater is heating properly and functioning as it should and at this time also there is no other leaks in the home and the customer is pleased

Install new 50 gallon water heater in crawlspace in same place with new thermal expansion tank and shut off valve price also includes removing sewer line to get old heater and new one in then reinstall sewer line Return today and replaced electric low boy water heater under home with new 50 gallon electric state commercial grade low boy water heater cut out 10ft section of 3 inch sewer line to remove old water heater and install new also installed new pan shut off and thermal expansion tank along with service disconnect explained to customer that there is some scratches on water heater from sliding over in there and getting it stood up but no dints or anything that is going to effect the water heater after installed filled heater and found no leaks turned power on to heater and insured it was heating made customer aware that it will take about a hour to be completely heated
Upon arrival customer showed me to the crawlspace and explained that the heater was 20 years old and leaking and he would also like to have it relocated in front of the crawl space door so it would be easier to service and easier for him to check on instead of him to crawl in and go around the corner through the other crawl hole after looking at everything gave customer options and made him aware to relocate it we would have to go back for the 40 to get the Clearance we need between the floor and the water heater but if it stayed in the same location we could go back with a 50 Customer is going to talk it over with his wife and let us know something by lunchtime today or what way they want to go with it
Includes: -replacement of customer supplied thermal expansion tank After arriving to the home the homeowner made me aware that she has experienced a leak coming from the thermal expansion tank on top of her newly installed water heater and has shut the water off to the home using the ball valve located in the coat closet, she also made me aware that she has purchased the replacement part and wishes for it to be installed, after providing upfront pricing and getting approval I proceeded to replace the thermal expansion tank followed by returning water to the home and verifying that there are no leaks as well as the water pressure just sit safely at 60 PSI
Hose bib on right side of home and leak under old main shut off Cut galvanized line and disconnect from black poly pipe coming though foundation then remove all galvanized piping that catches hose bib and copper line going to kitchen sink and replace with pex piping new main shut off and new hose bib Hose bib on left side of home Hose bib goes in right under bathtub with short peace of soft copper that has been bunt over to catch hose bib coming out of half inch tee fitting going up to tub Cut out half inch tee and hose bib then reattach water lines with pex and new hose bib Also explained to customer that the copper water lines are very thin due to there age and ther well water Hose bib on right side of home and leak under old main shut off Cut galvanized line and disconnect from black poly pipe coming though foundation then remove all galvanized piping that catches hose bib and copper line going to kitchen sink and replace with pex piping new main shut off and new hose bib Ho

repair 1/2" plastic water line with pex up to 3/4" Emergency/night/ weekend Service fee $149+cost of repaired Upon arrival the customer made me aware that he had a leak in his crawlspace, I found that it was a half by three-quarter by three-quarter t on pex this leak was due to acidic water and I would like to do a lead turnover to quote a whole home re-pipe with plastic fittings and possibly an acid neutralizer. I was able to make the repair test and everything thoroughly and now everything is functioning properly

$1430 add a laundry sink to the right of her stackable washer and dryer, we would need to run 2 inch PVC down through the floor and tie into 2 inch ABS, will also need to run approximately 10 feet of pex to tie into hot and cold water lines,, stub out hot and cold shut off valves for laundry sink add a ptrap ,Studer vent and Studer vent box, mount utility sink to the floor. This would require roughly a 3 x 4 section of sheet rock to be removed. Upon arrival to the venue the toilet and vanity sink was back up after I was informed that there was a sewer ejector pump at this time I was shown the pump has someone had simply unplugged it and once plugged back in the pump worked perfectly itâ€™s only 6 months old after running water and testing everything was working properly
Install customer supplied kitchen faucet with two new emergency shut offs Customer was going to install faucet home self but when he went to turn water off to faucet he found that the shut off wasnâ€™t working main shut is located in basement one in crawl space right after pressure tank and one as water line come though wall into finish part of basement With customer approval I turned water off in basement and started by cutting both emergency shut offs off and replacing I then removed old Moen faucet and installed new customer supplied Moen faucet after work was done I turned water back on and tested everything is working properly with no leaks also tested well water to insure water system was working properly for no charge to customer and found that everything is working properly
