Replace lavatory faucet with customer supplied faucet. Upon arrival I touched base with customer to see what issues he was having. He had a lavatory faucet he needed installed. So with that I gave him some up front prices and solutions. The home owner decided to just go with the install of his new faucet. I started by removing on faucet. Clean sink area to install new faucet. I put in new faucet. Installed new supply lines. I cut water back on and tested drain and water supply for leaks. No leaks. Job is complete

Upon arrival customer showed me to the crawlspace and explained that the heater was 20 years old and leaking and he would also like to have it relocated in front of the crawl space door so it would be easier to service and easier for him to check on instead of him to crawl in and go around the corner through the other crawl hole after looking at everything gave customer options and made him aware to relocate it we would have to go back for the 40 to get the Clearance we need between the floor and the water heater but if it stayed in the same location we could go back with a 50 Customer is going to talk it over with his wife and let us know something by lunchtime today or what way they want to go with it

$1430 add a laundry sink to the right of her stackable washer and dryer, we would need to run 2 inch PVC down through the floor and tie into 2 inch ABS, will also need to run approximately 10 feet of pex to tie into hot and cold water lines,, stub out hot and cold shut off valves for laundry sink add a ptrap ,Studer vent and Studer vent box, mount utility sink to the floor. This would require roughly a 3 x 4 section of sheet rock to be removed. Replace main water shut off under kitchen sink Replace whole home shut off underneath kitchen sink Nick pleasants Hillsborough,nc
