When I experienced a sewage flood in my condo,Restoration 1 of Springfield was very responsive and timely and did a great job with the water extraction and remediation. Thanks to Darrin , Gerald , Gunnar , Chris Tepa.The damage was extensive and frankly, a bit sneaky, and they were able to identify everything that needed address and quickly start the processes to address them. Some aspects were inherently involved and time consumptive, but the Gerald’s team were diligent and consistent and methodical until it was all remedied. They also moved out my entire room content and clean it . The team was professional and thoughtful throughout--good people! I appreciated how easy they were to work with during what was a challenging event and period of time for me as the Tenant.

There is already a certain amount of stress when your home requires restoration services. When you combine that with the stress of hiring a contractor, it can be overwhelming. From the very beginning Darrin and his team were amazing. Not only did Darrin and Gerald take the time to explain the quote from the insurance company, but he also found a couple of things that needed to be changed. Overall impressions they’re extremely honest, very upfront. The workmanship quality was extraordinary, and they took the time to match every detail of our home as it was before the event. Happy to recommend! Not to forget Jamie and Deshawn.

All four men that have worked in our house did a great job. They kept things clean, friendly and quick. The first two, whose names I can’t remember maybe Josh and Nate but I could be very wrong, we’re very friendly and got everything taken care of quickly. Brandon and Gerald who came to take everything out were very nice and efficient. Thanks for your work gentlemen.
