Restoration 1 of Alexandria was such a tremendous help after we had a pipe burst this winter. They were very quick to respond and talked us through their process and our options for recovery. They did very professional work during the water removal and cleanup. It's also worth noting that we got a lot of support from the main office Leeny , while we were going through the process of getting approval from our insurance. Elvis, the office manager, was a bright light in a pretty dark time for us and he helped us through it all. I was incredibly satisfied with Restoration One’s service. We had a second floor bathroom leak that resulted in some serious mold contamination and water damage to the ceiling and flooring below. They were quick to respond and all appointments were at times which were mutually convenient. Their work was very professional and the job foreman was available and responsive whenever I had issues. Also, they helped me work with my insurance company and their rates were very reasonable. Hopefully I will never need this type of work again, but if I do, I know who to call.
