We had an appointment set up between 1:00 and 4:00 PM due to prior commitment in the AM until 11:15. Justin called at 12:05 and said he was finished early with job before ours and asked if it was ok if he came now, which worked out great, because we had other appointments later in the afternoon. He arrived at 12:15 listened to our concerns and issues that we had, and assured us he would be able to take care of it. He was very professional, courteous, and polite. I would highly recommend him, and will definitely call Restore plumbing for our plumbing needs.
