Sight unseen. Moved to Elgin, I used Restore on a referral. Meet Dan R two days ago and I left town. He closed up my house and was he was in communication with me via text. They did the work as quoted and I paid my bill over the phone. Easy. Dan is an experienced and trustworthy plumber.

Replace a failing effluent pump that was corroded and caused water to back up when the pump was unable to handle the volume of flow.
Repair a cracked sewer pipe and install a proper clean out to be able to clear the line and restore flow to the system.
Repair a drainage pipe for a sump pump that cracked and was causing the pump to run more frequently than normal.
Replace an older water heater that was corroding and showing signs of leakage. Update the control surfaces to ensure proper function for years to come.
Replace a hose faucet that broke and caused the water to the home to remain shutoff until it was addressed.
Use high pressure jet rodding to remove waste and tree roots from a sewer pipe that were causing a backup in the basement.
Service a building sewer line that was backing up inside the building. Access from the service basin in front of the building to remove compacted waste that was causing the blockage.
Replace an older faucet that was not attached to the sink and had poor water pressure. Install an updated Moen faucet with pulldown sprayer and side mount soap dispenser.
Replace a sewage ejector pump that failed and caused waste water to backup in the basement.
