Plumber fixed leaking shower very quickly by replacing something behind handles. He put the handles back on but didn't replace the caulk. It was left half hanging on with some on the floor by the trash can. I would think for $280 worth of work done in 30 minutes that my caulk would be replaced too and shower be ready to use but it isn't

I called in for a service call to have all my supply valves replaced. Expecting to make an appointment like 2 weeks out. Robins plumbing said hey we can be there noon same day. Right off the bat Robins plumbing went above and beyond my expectations. The install was fast, the technician was great. He double triple quadruple checked his work for leaks. The price was amazing. For all that work it was way lower than I would have paid at Parker and Sons.
