a plumber was sent right out. The job was challenging as the pipe manifold could not be easily located by normal standards and procedures. The plumber stayed with it. Another plumber came to his assistance and together they figured it out and completed job. Much longer process than they had anticipated, but the did complete the job to my satisfaction. Both plumbers were very courteus, professional and pleasant.
