Chris and Thomas came out today to repair a sudden leak that appeared to be inside a wall. They called ahead and arrived early. Super nice guys. Murphy's law, the setup they found inside was not standard so they called around until they found the exact replacement part needed, retrieved it, and installed it. This extra effort and consideration on their part not only fixed the leak perfectly but also spared the wall on the back side of the problem by not cutting into it and thus avoided creating a much larger problem for me. Steve was fantastic and answered my call at 9pm and advised me correct way to shut off water etc, to avoid flood due to leaking valve. He advised me Ron would call at 7:30am to help and Ron called right on time. He arrived when he said and quickly assessed and repaired the situation in a very efficient manner. Ron Apodaca arrived right on time (at the beginning of the service window). He was incredibly polite and personable. After assessing the situation (a leak from an irrigation line), he quickly found the source and repaired the line. He provided excellent workmanship and even knocked some off of his initial estimate since the job was not as comprehensive as he first assessed. Will not hesitate to contact Robins Plumbing and Ron again!!

Having been in this house 8 years now, I have had a fair share of plumbers out for dIfferent reasons. Some have been through a home warranty company and some I have hired outright. My experiences have ranged from good to bad with the different companies, but Robins plumbing absolutely stands above the rest. While price of course matters, and let me say the bill was considerably less than I expected, there are plenty of other reasons they stand out to me. Between the prompt service, courteous staff, and the friendliness and proficiency of Chris the technician, I will have Robins plumbing at the top of my list for any future needs as long as I am in the valley.

Because we needed a new plumber, a more knowledgeable and available than our last service, & the same day, I searched online reviews in my area. Robins Plumbing came up with excellent reviews. I called & Chris is who came to install my bathtub diverter valve & all the new trim . He is very smart & has common sense when it comes to his job. Chris treats customers polite & educates to you his progress when needed. I did find a defect that bothered me after he had completed & left. Steve was over the next week because Chris was at an emergency, and found it to be a problem with the drainpipe & still did a good job adjusting the defect! I like the reward with your loyalty program and I love that you're a family business!

He answered all questions with patience, kept me well informed and also came on Christmas Eve to do the job because my job had to be pushed back but instead of doing it the following week he completed the job like he said he would.
